Lily pond in the majestic grounds of Falkland Palace in the charming village of Falkland in Perthshire, Scotland. The pond sits as a welcome in front of the ‘Real Tennis’ courts and long indoor-outdoor gallery that is kindly offered every year as home to swallows where they migrate and nest in the summer before returning to south to the Mediterranean.
