How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customization options available for each order, returns are not possible. 

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged, please let us know within two business days. We will work with you to make sure you receive what you requested and are very happy with your order.

How long does free shipping usually take?

Custom orders take 5 - 8  days to ground ship within the continental United States, depending on the item(s) purchased and the individuual shipping location. 

How often do you add new photography to the website?

The Sublime World updates its original fine art photography on a regular basis. as we find beautiful images we feel compelled to share. Make sure to check in with us regularly to discover something new! We also archive all of our phototography, making sure that everything  "sublime" is readily accessible to our customers.
